Preparation for surgery
The preparation process begins long before the operation itself. We conduct a detailed examination of the patient, collect anamnesis and identify all possible risks and contraindications to the operation. Together with endocrinologists we have developed a system that allows us to: prepare the body for stress, as the operation is nothing but a trauma for the body; reduce the risks to the body during the operation and in the postoperative period.
The therapist and anesthesiologist before the operation receive full information about the results of tests of our patients. At this stage, the initial control of the necessary indicators of the body is carried out. If deviations from the norm are detected, doctors decide on a more extensive examination and may postpone the date of surgery until the patient's body is stabilized.

On the day of surgery
On the day of surgery, you arrive at the clinic on an empty stomach (8 hours before the operation can not eat or drink). The clinic staff at all stages of work with the patient will behave according to special individual algorithms (the clinic has a system of "colored bracelets". This allows to take into account the peculiarities of each patient, for example, the presence of allergies and chronic diseases). Upon admission you will be consulted by an anesthesiologist, who will take into account all the features of the body: the results of tests, medical history, previous surgeries and experience of anesthesia. After all, every detail is important for the safest and most comfortable surgical treatment. In the ward you will receive all necessary means of personal hygiene (nothing but documents do not need to take with you). The duration of surgery always depends on the specific case. You will spend the first 1-2 days of rehabilitation in a comfortable hospital under the round-the-clock supervision of our caring and highly professional colleagues.
